Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put sugar, salt, margarine, butter and spices in a bowl and mix till you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Add one after another the egg yolks and the grated orange rind, keep mixing.
  3. Stir the baking powder in the milk add to the mixture continue mixing on low speed 1 minute.
  4. Add flour and orange juice and the currants and mix for 2 minutes more.
  5. Cut with a spoon balls of the dough.
  6. Put baking paper in a baking dish and put the balls in the dish, press them with hand or a fork.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake the cookies 10 - 12 minutes.
