Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mild vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients, and add egg and milk. Cook over hot water. Add butter. Add vinegar slowly. Stir until smooth.
  2. Cream dressing: 1 cup of whipped cream (sweet or sour) may be added to cooked salad dressing when cooled. 2 TBS peanut butter may also be added.
