Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 quarts water
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 2 lb danish langostines/ norwegian lobsters

Directions:

  1. Bring the water and salt to a boil in a large pot. The water should taste like the ocean.
  2. Add the live langoustines and boil them for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the water and cool.
  3. Eat them, as is, with aioli (garlic mayonnaise) and toast.
