Ingredients:

  • 2 and 1/2 to 3 lb pork roast
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Trim excess fat from roast and place in slow cooker
  2. Combine cranberry sauce, sugar, mustard,and cloves
  3. Pour over roast
  4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours until meat is tender
  5. Remove roast and keep warm
  6. Skim fat from juices
  7. Measure two cups of liquid adding water if needed
  8. Pour into saucepan
  9. Bring to a boil over medium heat
  10. Combine cornstarch and water
  11. Stir into juices cook and stir until thickened
  12. Season with salt to taste
  13. Serve gravy with sliced pork
  14. Baked sweet potatoes and green beans go great with this
