Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Melt butter in large saucepan, stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes
  3. Slowly add broth and cream and cook while stirring for 5 minutes until thickened and smooth
  4. Stir in chicken and vegetables
  5. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish
  6. Cover with puff pastry and crimp edges
  7. Cut several vent holes in pastry
  8. Bake 25-30 minutes
