Comfort Soup (Spinach & Meatballs)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat chicken broth to boiling.
  2. Meanwhile, combine beef, cheese and pepper.
  3. Knead lightly to mix but don't overdo it.
  4. Roll into 1 inch meatballs.
  5. Drop meatballs into boiling broth and reduce heat to simmering (medium low usually).
  6. Cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add spinach and cook for 10 more minutes.
  8. Serve with french bread if you have it.
