Coffee Bean Fudge

  1. Butter Pan.
  2. Combine pudding mix,instant coffee,milk and butter in saucepan.
  3. Brind to Boil over medium heat,stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar ,vanilla,coffee liqueur.
  5. Beat until smooth.
  6. Add the broken ,salted ,Cashews.
  7. Pour quickly into pan.
  8. Space the chocolate covered coffee beans where there will be
  9. One per,cube of fudge,then sprinkle finely chopped cashews on top.
  10. Press down slightly to make contact to fudge.
  11. Chill until firm,about 30 minutes
  12. Cut into pieces
  13. Cover and refrigerate.
