Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Ice with simple powdered sugar, butter, vanilla icing while still warm.
  4. Cut into bars and serve warm or room temperature.
