Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • bread (use a thick , regular white is too soft and will not hold up)

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients and spread on bread. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
