Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Place sweet potatoes in greased rectangular baking dish and top with apples.
  3. Mix syrup, butter and salt then pour over apples.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut then cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
