Coconut Colada Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 3/4 cup pina colada nonalcoholic drink mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease bottom of 13x9x2- inch pan (or round cake pan if you like).
  3. Add enough water to Pina Colada mix to measure 1 1/4 cups.
  4. Mix cake mix, drink mix, oil, and egg whites in large bowl on low speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Bake 28 to 33 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Frost.
