Coconut Chocolate Chip Drops

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together until smooth.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and cinnamon then stir into batter.
  3. Fold in coconut and chips then drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool completely.
