Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup cocoa , sifted
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour , sifted
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300oF. Butter and flour 8 square pan (or line with foil, which is then sprayed with non-stick spray).
  2. Beat eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add in both sugars and beat until well combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine (do not over mix).
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove and let cool in pan. Cut into 9 squares.
