  1. Bring all fruits to boil with wine, cinnamon, sugar and lemon zest. Boil for a minute then cool.
  2. Drain cooked fruit. Save the juice and add champagne to juice.
  3. Put cooked fruit into bowls.
  4. Pour the juice mix over.
  5. If Vegan use Vegan wine and Champagne.
