Pineapple/Peach Crisp in Crock Pot [gluten/Casein Free]

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sucanat
  • 2/3 cup quinoa
  • 1/3 cup margarine (i use soy garden or earth balance) or 1/3 cup soy (i use soy garden or earth balance)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cornstarch , dissolved in reserved juice

Directions:

  1. Grease crock pot.
  2. Mix together fruit and pour into bottom.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients, then pour on top.
  4. Loosely cover (so steam can escape) and cook on high for 2 hours.
