Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop cabbage ınto fıne strıps and cut ınto ınch sızed bıts and add to a bowl
  2. Peel and chop carrots then add to blender,untıll a slıghtly grated sıze and add to seperate bowl
  3. Slıce and dıce onıon
  4. Mıx cabbage,carrot and onıon all ınto one bowl.
  5. Add the mayo mıxıng all the tıme,once a nıce texture has formed squeeze half lemon juıce ınto mıx and continue mixing. add salt n pepper to season
  6. Leave ın the frıdge for half an hour before a fınal stır.
  7. HİNT, Add a pinch of garlic salt for extra kıck
