Ingredients:

  1. Lightly saute' the garlic in the olive oil. Do not let this brown or it will be too bitter.
  2. Add the clams., their liquid, the wine, and the herbs and simmer. Cook until the flavors come together and season with pepper to taste.
  3. In a serving bowl pour this sauce over the pasta.
  4. Pass the cheese around.
