Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the olives and orange slices in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat; add garlic, coriander, bay leaves, and red pepper.
  3. Cook until fragrant and garlic just starts to brown, about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand 1 hour.
  5. Pour over olives and marinate 2 hours at room temperature.
  6. Keeps 4 days, chilled.
