  1. Combine the juice, nectar, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tea and stir to mix all the ingredients together. Remove the sticks and pour the mixture into 4 mugs and sprinkle with ground cinnamon , if desired.
