Cinnamon Roasted Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups pecans or 3 cups cashews
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and add nuts to it. Set aside.
  2. Mix egg whites, sugar and salt.
  3. Pour nut mixture onto cookie sheet, then pour sugar mixture over it.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes until golden brown.
