Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pecan halves (you could use almond halves instead but i like the s)
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Beat water and egg white together until frothy.
  4. Coat nuts in egg mixture.
  5. Add sugar mixture to nuts.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Spread on large greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 225 degrees F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
