Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift together first four ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, cream togther margarine and sugar.
  3. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  4. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  5. Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes (or until lightly browned) at 400.
