Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and enjoy! The flavor is best if the pesto is given a chase to sit for a few hours.
