  1. Heat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet.
  2. Beat brown sugar, butter, cider, eggs. Add flours, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, mix. Add nuts, apple, raisins. Drop on prepared cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 8-12 minutes.
