Chunky Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp. real butter
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can (14.5oz) italian diced tomatoes
  • 11/2 cup. tomato juice
  • 2 cup. milk

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter.
  2. Blend flour, sugar, salt and pepper in butter mixture.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in tomato juice. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  4. Stir hot tomato mixture slowly into cold milk. Heat almost to a boil and serve.
