Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter the sides and bottom of a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with 1 1/2 tsp. butter.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 cup peanut butter chips; set aside.
  3. In a heavy saucepan, bring the suagr, corn syrup, water and remaining butter to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook and stir until the butter is melted.
  5. Cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reads 300 degrees (hard-crack stage).
  6. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.
  7. Quickly pour onto prepared baking pan; sprinkle with chocolate chips and remaining peanut butter chips.
  8. With a knife, gently swirl softened chips over top of brittle.
  9. Cool; break into pieces.
  10. Store brittle in an airtight container.
