Peanut Brittle Refrigerator Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water
  2. Dissolve in hot milk
  3. Add salt
  4. Chill until partly set.
  5. Fold marshmallows and crushed peanut brittle into the whipped cream.
  6. Beat gelatin until light and fluffy
  7. Fold into whipped cream mixture
  8. Add vanilla and lemon juice
  9. Line bottom and sides of an oiled angel food pan with the strips of cake cut 1 wide and1/2 thick-Remove crusts from cake first-
  10. Fill with the gelatin mixture
  11. Chill until set
  12. Garnish with whipped cream
