Directions:

  1. THE NIGHT BEFORE
  2. Butter 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Beat eggs add milk and beat agaun.
  4. Wisk in flour, mustard, and green onions.
  5. Add bread and cheese (RESERVE 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE FOR TOP), mix wwell and pour into buttered pan.
  6. Cover and chill overnight.
  7. N THE MORNING
  8. Heat oven to 325
  9. Sprinkle top with reserved cheese and bake uncovered 1 hour and 10 min.
  10. Christmas morning
  11. Turn the oven on
  12. Make the coffee
  13. Start presents
  14. Pour coffee and start casserole
  15. Open presents
  16. Supprise breakfast will be done with no effort on your part!
