Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:

  1. Stir ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour about a 1/4 cup onto greased skillet or griddle.
  3. Cook until bubbles appear then turn and cook until golden brown.
  4. Only turn once or pancakes will get tough.
