Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook chorizo and onion in a large skillet until meat is pink and onion is tender.
  2. Drain well, REALLY WELL.
  3. Stir in tomato juice, cheese and jalapeno pepper.
  4. Cook and stir just till cheese is melted and mixture blended.
  5. Serve hot with tortillas or corn chips.
