  • 100 g egg whites
  • 40 g (<1/2 cup) of banana/vanilla/chocolate casein
  • 140 g (1) banana
  • 10 g (1 tbsp) of coconut flour
  • 10 g flaxseed

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in Magic Bullet, pan fry with non-stick spray
