Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter then gradually add powdered sugar and beat well.
  2. Add egg yolks and chocolate then beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and walnuts.
  4. Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks form then fold into chocolate mixture.
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon crumbs into each of 12 foil baking cups placed in muffin pans.
  6. Spoon in chocolate mixture then lightly sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  7. Freeze until firm.
