Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup crisco (white)
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Bake your favorite chocolate cupcakes, cool completely.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients with electric mixer on highest speed for 5 minutes or more.
  3. Add 5 tbsp powdered sugar.
  4. Beat until mixed in well.
  5. Use a medium tip (for cake decorating) to make a hole in the top of the cupcake and push some of the filling inside.
  6. Frost with chocolate frosting.
