Ingredients:

  • 2 oz butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp rum or 1 tbsp brandy

Directions:

  1. Combine the chocolate, sugar and water, heat until melted.
  2. Add butter and stir.
  3. Turn off heat and add brandy or rum.
