Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Stir in graham crumbs and sugar, mix well. Press into a sprayed 9X13 pan.
  2. Prepare pudding with milk; spoon over crust. Spread with Cool Whip, sprinkle with peanuts.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
