Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa, powder

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, whisk together flour, white sugar & baking powder.
  2. In sep. bowl, whisk together egg,milk & peanut butter, stir into flour mixture,Mix well to combine all.
  3. Scrape into 8 square baking dish.
  4. In heat proof bowl, mix together brown sugar & cocoa powder,.
  5. Then whisk in the boiling water until smooth.
  6. Pour over cake in baking pan.DO NOT STIR.
  7. Bake at 350 until firm to touch, (About 30 min.).
  8. Let cool for 10 minute.
