  1. IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, COMBINE THE SUGAR, CORN SYRUP AND PEANUT BUTTER. COOK OVER MEDIUM-LOW HEAT UNTIL THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED.
  2. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT;
  3. ADD CEREAL AND STIR UNTIL COATED.
  4. SPREAD INTO A GREASED 13IN. X 9IN. X 2IN. PAN;
  5. PRESS LIGHTLY.
  6. SPREAD MELTED CHOCOLATE OVER BARS.
  7. CHILL.
