Chocolate Mountain Bar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2-1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Butter 11 x 7 baking pan.
  2. Mix first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into buttered pan.
  6. Smooth with back of a spoon.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  8. Cut into bars.
