Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a 19 cm x 28 cm x 2 cm baking tray.
  2. Put crushed biscuits in a bowl.
  3. Melt the butter with the sugar, coconut and cocoa in a saucepan on low heat.
  4. Bring to the boil and boil for about 2 minutes.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool.
  6. The mixture may look separated but ignore this.
  7. Whisk in the eggs, this improves the mixture again.
  8. Pour this mixture over the crushed biscuits and stir until it is evenly combined.
  9. Pour into the tray and let cool.
  10. Spread over frosting and sprinkle nuts, hundreds and thousands or chocolate chips.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. CHOCOLATE FROSTING
  13. Put cocoa powder, icing sugar, syrup and butter in a bowl and mix together.
  14. Add the water, a little at a time and beat all the time.
  15. Beat for about 15 minutes on high speed until it is light and fluffy.
  16. If it looks curdled just add a little more icing sugar.
