Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Butter a baking tin, 15 by 15 cm.
  2. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and let them melt together with butter and condensed milk in a bain-marie. Warm it up carefully stirring constantly until the chocolate and butter is melted and the mix is smooth.
  3. It is important it doesn't boil!
  4. Take off the stove and mix down the vanilla and add whatever flavours and spices you like.
  5. Continue stirring a couple of minutes until it thickens. Pour into the buttered baking tin and smooth down the surface.
  6. Cool it in the refrigerator until it hardens a little.
  7. Topple it onto a cutting board and cut into smaller pieces and keep in airproof jar in a cool and dry place and it will last for a month.

  10. Orange peel.
  11. More Vanilla.
  12. Cocoa powder.
  13. Cardamom.
  14. Chili pepper.
  15. Whiskey.
  16. Cointreu.
  17. Cinnamon.
  18. Nutmeg.
  19. Thyme.
  20. Coconut.
  21. Seville Orange.
  22. Nuts of any kind.
  23. Liqueur.
  24. Essence.
  25. Peanut butter.
