Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. In a double broiler melt butter unsweetened chocolate and vanilla; set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together; set aside.
  3. Mix eggs, and chocolate mixture; gradually add dry ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 12 hours.
  5. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 12 minute.
