Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together and chill in fridge 30 minutes.
  2. Roll into balls and roll balls in powdered sugar.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees, be careful not to overbake. Cookies should crack and have a crackle look. Enjoy!
