Chocolate Covered Cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz) package cranberries
  • 1 (12 oz) package milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp shortening

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat, stirring frequently until melted.
  2. Dip cranberries in chocolate with toothpick until coated.
  3. Place on wax paper.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Enjoy!
