Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease and flour a 12 inch bundt pan.
  • in a large bowl blend all ingredients, except the coconut, at medium
  • pour batter into prepared pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes or until
  • wooden pick inserted into cake comes out clean.
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup coconut
  • microwave chocolate chips and milk or cream until melted, whisk in
  • the butter , add coconut. spoon over warm cake.
