1 box chocolate cake mix |
1 box instant chocolate pudding |
3/4 cups water |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1-1/2 cups coconut |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 tsp coconut extract |
preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease and flour a 12 inch bundt pan. |
in a large bowl blend all ingredients, except the coconut, at medium |
speed for 3 minutes. stir in the coconut, and mix in by hand. |
pour batter into prepared pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes or until |
wooden pick inserted into cake comes out clean. |

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips |
1/4 cup milk or cream |
2 tbl. butter |
1 cup coconut |
microwave chocolate chips and milk or cream until melted, whisk in |
the butter, add coconut. spoon over warm cake. |
