Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in medium bowl.
  3. In separate large bowl beat butter and sugar and continue beating 30 minutes.
  4. Add egg, milk and vanilla then beat until smooth.
  5. Slowly mix dry mixture into wet mixture then beat until well combined.
  6. Mix in coconut flakes then set aside.
  7. Melt 6 tablespoons butter in medium bowl in microwave on high temperature for 30 seconds.
  8. Add sugar and stir well for 30 seconds then add graham cracker crumbs and stir.
  9. Press mixture into bottom of a square baking pan then sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top.
  10. Press cookie dough into dish covering the chocolate chips.
  11. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over dough then use your fingers to press nuts into the dough.
  12. Bake 45 minutes or until the edges of the become light brown.
  13. Cream butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl with an electric mixer on high speed.
  14. When ready to serve heat up a small skillet over medium heat.
  15. When skillet is hot remove from heat then add 1 tablespoon cinnamon butter to the pan.
  16. Slice pie into 9 pieces and place one into the hot skillet.
  17. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of the pie then drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup over top.
  18. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons walnuts over the top then repeat for the remaining ingredients and serve.
