Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp brandy , a sploosh more if you like
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • graham creackers, lb cake cubes, strawberries, melon, raspberries, peaches, and/or pears for dipping.


  1. In a bowl, mix the raisins and brandy until well coated.
  2. Set aside and let the raisins drink up the brandy. 20 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and whipping cream until well blended and smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. Blend in the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Mix in the tipsy raisins and the chocolate chips. Blend well.
  7. Sprinkle over some ground cinnamon.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
  9. Makes about 3-3/4 cups dip.
