  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with spray.
  2. For brownie layer, combine butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until nearly melted. Stir.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In a seperate bowl whisk 2 eggs, espresso vanilla and 1 1/4 cup sugar. Add chocolate mixture; stir until smooth. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour in one smooth layer into pan.
  4. For cheesecake, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg with an electric mixer at medium-high. Drop spponfuls onto brownie mixture. Draw with the tip of a butter knife to swirl.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan.
