Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set half aside for topping.
  2. Press remaining crumb mixture in a greased 16x10 pan. Bake at 350 Deg F. for 15 min. Meanwhile, melt caramel with milk in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Pour over warm crust. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Top with remaining crumb mixture.
  3. Return to oven and bake for 12 -15 min longer, or until done. Cool on wire rack. Cut before refridgerating. Original Recipe makes 32 bars.
