Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
  2. Add butter and make a clear batter.
  3. Beat egg-whites till it rises. Then and there, add sugar powder.
  4. Add egg-yellow and the essences. Beat well.
  5. Add the flour batter and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into a butter-greased pan.
  7. Bake at 200deg C for 20 minutes.
  8. Add melted chocolate on the surface and serve
